The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Manufacturer of Automotive Wiring and Components they are seeking a Quotation Executive (Supply Chain) to join their business!

You will be managing the full quotation lifecycle, from initial customer inquiries, checking in with suppliers on the pricing, preparing detailed quotation. Good in Excel knowledge (vlookup and pivot table).

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $4,200 basic + Transport Reimbursement + AWS

The Job:

• Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations.
• Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.
• Monthly / Weekly price reviewing.
• Budgeting and analysing.
• Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers' forecast actual demands, etc.
• Support in monthly reporting

The Talent:

• Have knowledge in Excel (vlookup and pivot table)
• Prior experience handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders
• Experience issuing quotations is an added advantage
