The Opportunity

Our Construction, Claims & Expert Services (CCE) team in Asia Pacific has recently experienced success with new senior hires and an increased pipeline. We are seeking individuals to join our offices across APAC for upcoming opportunities anticipated in the coming months.

You may have a background in planning, delay analysis, quantity surveying, or quantum analysis (or similar). This is a great opportunity to develop your career in claims and dispute resolution!

You will work on Delay and Quantum projects, with guidance and mentoring from our talented team. As you progress, HKA will support your future studies and career development.

We are open to candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction or civil engineering degree qualification.
• Experience as an engineer, project manager, or construction planner with live project planning experience, or experience in cost, quantum, and claim assessment matters.
• Proficiency with Primavera P3, P6, Excel, CostX, and project cost accounting systems.
• An interest in developing a career in delay and/or quantum analysis.
• Relevant professional memberships (e.g., RICS or CIArb) or interest in joining in the future.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
