Qualifications

• Design evaluation frameworks and tools to guide migration efforts.

• Mentor and guide technical staff, ensuring high standards in design, documentation, and delivery.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to act as the primary subject-matter expert in quantum-safe security. This role will guide the development and execution of an organization-wide migration strategy to quantum-resistant cryptography. You will collaborate with external partners, industry groups, and global experts to shape a coordinated transition while keeping pace with evolving standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth assessments of cryptographic systems and infrastructure, identifying weaknesses and quantum-related risk exposures. Design evaluation frameworks and tools to guide migration efforts.
• Develop technical policies, guidelines, and best practices for adopting quantum-safe technologies and mitigating emerging cryptographic threats.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on cryptographic systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Technical Expertise: Deep competence in cryptographic protocols, key management, PKI.
• Architecture Skills: Solid understanding of software, network, and system architecture.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP or equivalent.
