QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Good working knowledge of construction and interior fit-out or joinery trade i.e carpentry fitments and doors

• Proficient in use of Autocad software

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation

• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and other related parties

• Other Quantity Surveying related fields

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in QS / Building or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years (QS) / above 10 years (Senior QS) of relevant experience in the interior fit-out/joinery industry

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• A good team player with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Positive work attitude, seeks continuous improvement

Working Hours: Mon - Fri from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
