Job Duties

  • Involve in preparation of all Tender
  • Manage and Estimation of Costing & Quantity Measurement for all Pre & Post Construction Activities.
  • Procurement & Marketing Research for quotations, price comparison and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing.
  • Documentation & Contract Administration of drafting letters, payment certificates, preparing progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs
  • Claim Management on Preparation of monthly budget statement, verifying Sub-Contractor's / Supplier's claims and payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties
  • Control and Monitor Quality System in the Department

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the Tender & QS Department or equivalent
  • Ability to learn how to use specialist software for documents control
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Trilingual Individuals will be at advantage
  • Good in Communication & Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent in Time Management Skills
