Job summary
A leading company in the interior fit-out and joinery industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a diploma or degree in QS or Building. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, be proficient in AutoCAD, and be able to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. This role demands a positive attitude, independence, and the capacity to meet deadlines, working Monday to Friday in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years (QS) / above 10 years (Senior QS) of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, cost planning control, and budget estimation.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, and related parties.
- Involvement in other Quantity Surveying related fields.

Good working knowledge of construction and interior fit-out or joinery trade i.e carpentry fitments and doors
Proficient in use of Autocad software
Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation
Coordinator with Sub-contractors, suppliers ,consultants and other related parties
Other Quantity Surveying related field
Job Requirement:
