• Experienced in contract administration, including valuation of progress payments and variation claims in accordance with contract requirements.
• Competent in executing all tendering activities required for the procurement of new projects.
• Able to carry out additional tasks related to the operations of the holding company.
• Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingly participates in ancillary company activities such as charity and corporate social responsibility events.
• Consistently meets obligations within set deadlines and operational constraints.

Qualifications

• Preferable Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
