Job Summary:
As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS / Assistant QS Manager, you will manage cost planning, control, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure financial efficiency while upholding quality and contractual standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions

  • Manage contract administration and progress claims

  • Perform measurements and prepare interim and final valuations

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Monitor and control project costs against budgets

  • Prepare variation orders, and handle contractual claims and disputes

  • Provide support in procurement and material scheduling

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction industry

  • Strong knowledge in costing and contract management

  • Meticulous, independent, and a good communicator
