Quantity Surveyor, QS [Up to $5K | Construction] RRKC

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimation and quotation to suppliers.

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities (BOQs).

• Source and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms for various projects.

• Monitor project expenses and detailed pricing breakdown.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and liaise with clients and vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or relevant.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in quantity surveying in construction sector.

• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office.
