Responsibilities include preparing material submissions, coordinating with on-site professionals, and managing contractor payments. Overview
Job Description:
- To prepare material submission, procurement, material control on site.
- To prepare detailed breakdown, construction progress photos, inspection reports, drawings and all relevant documents for monthly progress claim.
- To coordinate with on-site professionals and receive up-to-date information.
- To attend on-site progress claim meeting, VO discussion and liaise with RE, RTO, consultant QS and main contractor QS in monthly.
- To check monthly Sub-contractor claims and issuing payment certificate.
- To prepare variation orders as per the changes due to coordination and other factors.
- To assist LP/PM for various reports for authority submission.
- To assist LP/PM in preparation daily/ weekly schedule, T&C progress tracker, including OMM and all necessary documents.
- To monitor project budget and to participate in coordination with Sub-contractors and project manager
- To take-off quantities, pricing for quotations and final account.
- To get the quotation from supplier and sub-contractor.
- To negotiate prices and finalize payments.
