• Minimum 10-12 years of quantity surveying experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management for multiple projects.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control including budgeting and cash flow.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks across the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying team to improve performance.
