Woh Hup Group in Singapore is seeking a competent M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual issues on the main contract and sub-contracts. You will ensure cost control and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will prepare progress payment claims, variations, budgets, cost control and final accounts, while handling pre- and post-contract administration, tender surveys, and tender documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• Familiar with drawings, specifications and details.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets and cost control.

• Pre- and post-contract administration and control.
• Conduct survey works during tender stage.
• Produce pre-tender estimations and tender documents.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
• Responsible for pre- & post-contracts administration and control.
• Conduct survey works during project tender stage.
• Produce pre-tender estimation, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of project documents.
• Source for suppliers and request for quotations.
• Conduct tender exercise such as selection of bidders, tender documentation, evaluation of tender submission and award of contract to successful bidder.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
• Experience in civil infrastructure project is an added advantage.
