Qualifications & experience
Knowledge and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings.
Well versed in contracts documentations including follow-up & submission of tenders
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in Interiors Design building construction field.
Tasks & responsibilities
Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs for tenders
Take off quantities, compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned
Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing.
Source for quotation and administration of contracts; obtaining sub-contractor's quotation for various trade
Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
Attend Site meeting for on-going project, Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the Client are delivered.
