Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to manage quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract at the ICA Lavander MRT project site.

You will review tenders, cost plans and collaborate with project teams. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in QS or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years' relevant experience, especially in variation orders and contract administration, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.

$3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
