Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in preparing tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and addressing tender clarifications.

• Conduct site visits and liaise with site teams on matters related to subcontractors and contractual obligations.

• Source materials, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and issue award letters.

• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements with clients and subcontractors.

• Ensure accurate project documentation and assist with on-site quantity surveying functions as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

• Entry levels are welcomed as training will be provided

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong skills in negotiation, coordination, and documentation.
