The role involves preparing quotations, costings for enquiries, and handling progress claims, variations, and final accounts for clients. The candidate should possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
• Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin
• Min. 2 years of construction related working experience
• Entry level candidates are welcome

Responsibilities

• Carry out measurement and taking Off
• Preparation of quotation and costing for incoming enquiries
• Preparation of progress claim, variation order and final account to Client
• Preparation & reviewing on sub-contract documents
• Other duties as assigned
