Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor's quotations for recommendations.
• Assist in preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the cost consultant.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Evaluate and certify claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Finalize and close out project accounts.
• Establish progress claims and obtain client agreement for billing.
