Job description

• Position : Quantity Surveyor (Construction/5 Days) – Up To $5,500 + Bonus
• Location : Islandwide
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Medical Claim Benefits + Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender.
• Quantity take-off for all the tenders, in the form of manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender.
• During tender stages, sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data are required due to every project’s requirement varies.
• Arrange and carry out tender interview, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contract agreement / letter of award.
• Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore.
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
• Bilingual in English and conversational Mandarin to communicate with patients who can only speak mandarin
