Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims.
• Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims ;
• Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons.
• Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues.
• Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim ;
• Responsible for the preparation of final accounts ;

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore).
• Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
