Job Details:

• Monday to Friday (8:30am - 6.15pm)
• Working location: Tai Seng
• Variable Bonus Up 3 months
• Construction sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and review tender documents for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with departments on commercial and technical inputs.
• Perform cost estimates, including material take-offs and vendor quotes.
• Attend site visits and clarification meetings.
• Compile and compare quotations; select competitive options.
• Estimate indirect costs and prepare unit rates.
• Support tender summary, negotiations, and proposal checks.
• Assist with quantity take-offs for tenders and variations.
• Prepare post-contract and subcontract documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in local construction industry
