Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage procurement activities across all projects, including sourcing quotations, conducting price evaluations and negotiations, issuing purchase orders, and handling post-award documentation.
  2. Support the development of site budgets for newly awarded projects to ensure alignment with allocated costs.
  3. Source market pricing and quotations across all trades to update and maintain an accurate pricing database, ensuring Purchase Order (RPO) requests and future budgets remain within acceptable cost parameters.
  4. Secure multiple quotations for comparison and review quotation exclusions to minimize risk of unforeseen additional costs.
  5. Coordinate and update trade award status reports in relation to the master programme, working closely with site teams.
  6. Lead price and contract term negotiations prior to award confirmation.
  7. Gather and update quotations to support pricing charts and cost data records.
  8. Compile and analyze statistical data and reports for completed projects.
  9. Monitor and verify site expenses and ensure proper documentation and justification for cost adjustments in relation to approved budgets.
  10. Draft general correspondence and maintain accurate tracking of all documentation and reference numbers.
  11. Foster teamwork by sharing information and collaborating with team members to meet departmental objectives and performance targets.
