A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and project budgets. The successful candidate will prepare tender submissions, negotiate with suppliers, and work closely with project teams across Singapore. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills within a demanding environment.

• Experience in ACMV, M&E, or Civil & Structural works required.
• Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

• Location: Across Singapore
• Basic $3k-$6k (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and progress claims
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control
• Conduct site measurements and support contract administration
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Experience in ACMV , M&E , or Civil & Structural works is required
• Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
