Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Clementi, Singapore, invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The position oversees material take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets across civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping works, ensuring accurate tender support and timely progress claims.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural or mechanical disciplines, with at least 3 years QS experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with contract administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract administration.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) or SketchUp is an advantage.

• Support the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Prepare progress payment claims and manage contractual matters.

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

Working Location: Clementi

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Handphone allowance $50 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role
