Job summary

JAYFRED PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator/Estimator to liaise with clients, estimate quantities, costs and time scales for materials and labour, and prepare tender and contract documents.

You will weigh commercial risks, assign work to subcontractors, value completed work, monitor budgets and payments, ensure legal and quality standards, and report regularly on budgets and regulatory compliance, working on site and at client locations.
