Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and recommend the award of construction contracts.
  2. Assist the Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters ensuring compliance with appropriate procurement procedures.
  3. Prepare valuations, pricing, and agreement of contract variations; process claims and monitor project cash flows.
  4. Review and revise contract terms and conditions.
  5. Call for quotations and prepare and compile tender documents.
  6. Evaluate tender submissions.
  7. Prepare BQ, variation orders, cost estimation, cost control, and budgeting.
  8. Prepare progress payments and final accounts.
  9. Conduct quality take-off estimating, pricing, tender support submission, and quantity measurement.
