Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in our commercial projects including retail, office, shophouse, etc.

Responsibilities For Quantity Surveyor

• Working from the tender process to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts, prepare purchase order or Letter of Award.
• Pricing, and managing change and variations.
• Monitoring costs against tender allowances.
• Submission of claims.
• Assess subcontractor payment.
• Response client if necessary.
• Attend progress site meetings.
• Prepare final account statement.

Requirements For Quantity Surveyor

• Based closely or easy commute to Interior Designer and Project manager.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• At least 5 years experience in related trade.
