Job summary

HONG RONG CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore invites a capable Quantity Surveyor to drive cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management for complex projects. You will monitor project costs, prepare regular financial reports, conduct site valuations, and manage payment applications while ensuring compliance with contract law and standard forms.
