Job summary

ECS PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage payments for metalworks projects, including site hoarding, gates, noise barriers, and covered walkways.

You will prepare monthly progress claims, liaise with clients, and review engineers’ reports to support billing. A Diploma or Degree in construction and at least 3 years of experience in Singapore are required, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Degree in Construction or related disciplines.
• Experience in Metalworks is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Government Projects (e.g. LTA, MRT) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in Singapore.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
