Job description

• Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.

• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.

• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.

• Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.

• Project budgeting and costing reports.

• Correspondence to all related parties (internal & external) and between all consultants / sub-con, suppliers, clients & etc.

• Assist Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyse cost comparison & etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Strong organizing and time management skills

• Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
