CAREER TREND PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional in Singapore.

The role focuses on tender estimation, cost planning, and coordination of subcontractors. You will review project progress and prepare monthly progress claims for clients, while evaluating subcontractor claims and variations. The candidate should have a degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and at least 1 year of related experience.

Formación

• Degree in Structural / CivilEngineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
• Able to read and understand Drawings well.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.

Requirement

• Degree in Structural / CivilEngineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
• Able to read and understand Drawings well.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.
• Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
• High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can work under pressure.
