Job summary

Uls Contracts, based in Singapore, is seeking a cost/contract professional to support project teams in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, variation valuation, and procurement management. The role includes preparing interim valuations and subcontractor certificates based on work completed, evaluating variation claims, and overseeing procurement processes.

The candidate will attend site and technical meetings, negotiate sub-contractor and vendor agreements, handle EOT claims, perform quantity

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets
• Preparation of cash flow forecast
• Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations
• Valuing completed works, filing of progress claims and all other necessary contract documents administration works
• Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims
• Monitoring of procurement process
• Attendance of site/technical meetings
• Source, negotiate preparation of awarding letters/agreements/ purchase order to sub-contractors/ vendors
• EOT claims preparation
• Evaluation of price comparison summary
• To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.
• Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
