Job summary

UTOC ENGINEERING PTE LTD seeks a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support project planning and procurement with detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

You will develop and manage Bills of Quantities, evaluate bids, monitor costs, manage variations, conduct site valuations, and prepare final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and cost management software to analyze and report financial data.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts to manage project budgets effectively.
• Experience with BIM-based quantity take-off to enhance accuracy in quantity measurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to support project planning and procurement.
