KOM TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender submissions for precast concrete projects.

You will review drawings and contract documents to verify quantities and project requirements. The role involves monitoring project costs, material usage, subcontractor costs, and the overall budget, plus preparing progress claims, payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably precast/construction.
• Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast drawings.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the precast concrete or construction industry.

• Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast shop drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
