Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to perform detailed quantity take-offs, prepare sales orders, and ensure project delivery within budget. Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies.
• At least 2 years local construction working experience.
• Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement.
• Prepares sales order, quotation, and production order.
• Liaise with project managers and supervisors to ensure project delivery.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of completed work.
• Prepares sales order, quotation and production order.
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
• Reviewing tender and contract documents.
• Liaise with project managers and supervisors to ensure project delivery within budget and scope.
• Other QS function as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
• At least 2 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm
• Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, Independent, Ability to work in a team with good working attitude
