Key Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, and contracts (including Bills of Quantities) for construction projects.
• Manage project costs from planning to completion, including payments and variations; perform on-site measurements and quantity calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure regulatory and project compliance.

Key Requirements

• Min. O level
• Min. 2 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD and cost software (suchas CostX, Buildsoft, etc)
• Familiar with construction technology, building materials and relevant laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
