Job summary

GIC is seeking an Associate, Quantitative Strategist to apply quantitative and data science methods to aid investment decisions. You will analyze diverse datasets, collaborate with multiple teams, and translate findings into actionable recommendations in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• At least 2 years in a quantitative role within finance.
• Proficiency in R or Python and SQL.
• Understanding of Credits, Structured Products, and financing.
• Highly motivated and intellectually curious.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player who can build relationships.
• Funds or funds of funds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research to support investment teams.
