Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong mathematical, statistical, programming, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial or quantitative research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop alpha signals that combine sound economic reasoning with rigorous statistical validation.
• Scout, read, digest, and implement research papers competently and efficiently.
• Develop reusable research tools that make the research process faster and more robust.
• Write clean, well-documented, production-quality code.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Turn raw, varied datasets into clean, validated inputs for global equities alpha research.
