Job summary

Paradex is seeking a Quantitative Trader to join the Quantitative Research team. You will focus on building and refining trading and risk infrastructure for Paradex Protocol Vaults, collaborating with engineers and researchers.

You will develop systematic strategies, analyze trading data, and drive continuous improvements in profitability and risk management. This role demands strong math, coding, and crypto enthusiasm, with exposure to live markets and fast-paced experimentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong interest in trading and technology.
• Ability to analyze complex trading systems and design robust strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in probability theory, statistics, and numerical methods.

Your mission

Join Paradex as we redefine the financial landscape through decentralized finance. We are on the lookout for a Quantitative Trader to be a key player in our Quantitative Research team. In this role, you’ll focus on building and refining trading and risk infrastructure for Paradex Protocol Vaults.
