Job summary

MLabs Ltd in Singapore is seeking a highly technical Quant Developer Relations Engineer to own the onboarding and integration lifecycle for API-driven trading counterparties. You will work at the intersection of core engineering and elite trading teams to ensure seamless, low-latency adoption of our institutional trading infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Proven technical background working with algorithmic trading architectures, quantitative developer tooling, or exchange-style integration frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency: High competence in system-level and script-level programming, with particular emphasis on Python, TypeScript, and Rust.
• Network Protocol Mastery: Deep practical familiarity with high-throughput REST and WebSocket API integrations within low-latency environments.
• Systems Thinking: Exceptional debugging capabilities across multi-tiered application environments and distributed systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong professional communication hygiene, with the capacity to interface effectively with highly sophisticated technical stakeholders and institutional clients.
• Execution Focus: A strong bias toward shipping practical, scalable solutions within rapid deployment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical integrations for key systematic trading teams and institutional builders.
• Construct and maintain production-ready SDKs, API documentation, integration templates, and automated tests.
• Provide tier-one technical support and live issue diagnostics across channels and portals.
• Build health checks and monitoring configurations to evaluate integration performance and data integrity.
• Surface technical issues and operational requirements to internal core engineering groups for optimization.
