A training solutions provider in Singapore seeks an individual to manage training reports, improve training materials, and coordinate training administration. Candidates with a degree or diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Collate and submit monthly training reports, feedback, assessment and audit reports on time.
Collate and submit trainers’ monthly calendar, learning needs analysis, training plan and trainer hours report.
Design and improve training materials & contents in order to better facilitate training, ensuring consistency, quality and up to date.
Manage and maintain training databases in order to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
Liaise and manage funding with government agencies such as SSG for training grants and administration.
Handle all training administration & coordination, including sourcing training courses, quotations, registration and invoices with training vendors and facilities which includes all in-house trainings and WSQ Programs.
Assist in the company’s continuous improvements and training related areas and its status as a SSG Approved Training Organization (ATO), ITE audits, and administration.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in training and development will have an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat will be advantage.
Meticulous, resourceful, responsible and possess a sharp and analytical mind.
Strong written and oral communications. Bilingualism will be advantage.
Independent and ability to work with minimum supervision in fast pace environment.
