The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QC boards and functional testing at Woodlands North Coast, Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics and an ISO Internal Auditor certification, with strong knowledge of semiconductor testing and ESD theory. You will analyze test data, drive continuous improvement in the quality management system, and manage RMA activities across control boards, BH, PCBA, and related parts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics with ISO internal auditor certification.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing and ESD theory.
• Experience with RMA processes and QA reporting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Quality control oversight of boards and testing; manage RMA on control boards and related components.
• Maintain and update test specifications to meet quality standards.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and drive machine improvements.
• Prepare 8D, failure analysis and evaluation reports; ensure timely QC reporting.
• Review and improve work methods, buy-off specs, and checklists.
