Job description

• Conduct quality inspections and analyses on non-conforming (NC) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) materials, and carry out initial investigations into the root cause of NC issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage the handling of non-conforming (NC) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) materials.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of handling NC and RMA experience in production/engineering semiconductor test facilities.
