Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to support our expanding manufacturing site in Singapore.

You will perform incoming quality and sampling inspections on optical components, mechanical parts and cables to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include visual, dimensional and functional inspections, First Article Inspection, maintaining inspection records, and assisting engineers with root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality inspection, Quality tech or related roles.
• ITE / Diploma or higher in engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing documents.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• Familiarity with optics metrology and laser testing will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor based on business needs.
