Quality Technician (Aircraft)

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aircraft components & systems.

• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9100, and other regulatory standards.

• Conduct visual & dimensional inspections using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, borescopes, etc.).

• Identify, document, and report non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and validate maintenance reports & logbooks.

• Support audits, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years experience in Aerospace MRO quality inspection.

• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145, AS9100, and ISO 9001.

• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and work orders.

• Experience with inspection tools & measurement equipment.

• Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced MRO environment.
