Job summary

Sanofi Singapore's Site Quality Department is seeking a Quality System Management Intern to assist with QMS implementation and documentation governance. You will contribute to data integrity activities and support both internal and external inspections while learning GMP requirements.

The role welcomes candidates from polytechnic or university programmes with strong organizational and communication skills, ready to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma preferably in a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in any fields.
• Candidates from Polytechnic or University programmes are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) on site.
• Assist with Data Integrity programs and related data visualization.
• Track quality gaps, near misses, and actions in the Data Integrity Plan.
• Support site inspection readiness and logistics for internal and external inspections.
• Track site quality projects and provide status updates.
