This role demands a minimum of 15 years experience in quality assurance, alongside relevant certifications, to manage quality deliverables and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance surveillance.
• Possess Senior Inspector ISO9712 / CSWIP 3.2 or equivalent.
• Experience in NDT (UT, RT, MT/PT and PAUT) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors QACI implementation and conducts daily inspections.
• Ensures successful implementation of Non-Conformance and Corrective Action systems.
• Tracks quality issues and interfaces with contractors at site.

Job description

We are looking for QUALITY SUPERVISOR with subsea pipelay installation experience to work in Bukom for 1 year contract.

• Coordinates, monitors and ensures QACI implementation and conduct daily surveillances, verifications and inspections during the production / construction / installation processes.
• Conducts random quality control and implement inspection surveillances at various project fabrication, construction, installation sites.
• Ensure successful implementation of Non-Conformance And Corrective Action system.
• Ensure implementation of agreed quality preventive and mitigation actions on identified quality risks.
• Ensuring the seamless implementation of the Project Quality plan during the EXECUTE phase.
• Responsible for ensuring the seamless supports for successfully implementation of QA activities, surveillances and its deliveries.
• Ensures Quality deliverables (Inspection & Testing Plan, procedures, training, certification etc.) fit together with site work execution dates for all construction activities.

Reporting Relationship

• Reports to CSR at Site.
• Functionally, he reports to Quality Lead.

HSSE Assurance

• Attends toolbox meetings at regular intervals and proactive reports/intervenes unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Ensuring implementation and execution of Quality Lessons Learned at field.

Interface Management

• Ensures that Quality/engineering/ procurement/construction with the EPCI Contractor at sites is coordinated such that work interfaces and Quality issues are closely tracked and expediently closed out to safeguard HSSE, Quality, cost and delivery schedule.

Pre-requisites

• Minimum 15-years experience in quality assurance surveillance, welding inspection, NDT testing and corrosion protection / field coating related aspects.
• Possess Senior Inspector ISO9712 / CSWIP 3.2 or equivalent.
• Possess NDT (UT, RT, MT/PT and PAUT) experience will be added advantage
• Experienced in carrying out quality assurance audit / surveillance inspections.
• Experienced in method statements, procedures, inspection and testing documentation review.
