As a Quality Specialist based in Nestlé R&D Center, you will support in specific areas of expertise (e.g. food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.)
A Day in the Life of a Quality Specialist
People and know-how:
Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality mindset across the organisation.
System design:
Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern.
Quality mastership:
Quality auditing and verification:
Assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
