(Patient Experience & Service Excellence)
Location: Central, Singapore

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing patient engagement, empowerment, and experience—especially during the implementation of new national healthcare systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, distilling feedback into meaningful initiatives, and driving hospital-wide improvements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving patient feedback promptly in line with service performance indicators.
  • Leading and coordinating hospital-wide service quality projects and experience-enhancing programmes.
  • Planning and executing surveys, focus group discussions, and service excellence events.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards to track patient satisfaction, service quality indicators, and feedback trends.
  • Presenting insights to hospital committees to inform and support strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing communications or service quality, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • An excellent team player and communicator who can engage well with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with data management, analysis, and visualisation tools such as Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • A fast learner with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
