Job description
Job Responsibilities
Provide training to outlet sale staffs, including controlling the Quality Service and Cleanliness matter.
Liaison with Franchise partners (local and overseas) for all sale related events and matters.
Monitor and follow-up with the clients/franchise partner for collection of sale data and prepare monthly sale reports to the management.
Work closely with corporate store managers and staff in Singapore to improve QSC.
Occasionally required to travel overseas visiting our Franchise Partner/Sales Outlet.
Provide team support, confer and cooperate with other staff to ensure coordination of all sale activities.
Must articulate verbal communication, possess interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, empathetic, sales-oriented, and have a professional presentation.
Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned to you from time to time as required.
Job Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Sales/Marketing, Pastry & Baking, Quality Assurance, etc.
Previous experience in a similar training and development role in the F&B industry.
Experience in designing, creating, and delivering training and assessment programs.
Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with shop floor staff.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask according to business needs.
