Qualifications

• 12 to 17 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, including FPSO projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Quality Manager required.
• Fluent in English; experience in multicultural settings preferred.

Job description

Our client is a well-established player in the offshore / Oil &Gas Industry. With a strong international footprint and expending in the SEA region, they are looking to strengthen their team with a seasoned Quality and Safety leader.

Job Description

· Act as the owner of the corporate quality management framework across projects and operations

· Provide technical assurance by defining and verifying quality standards for offshore asset development and operation

· Lead assessments of major quality incidents and provide subject matter expertise company-wide

· Engage with internal teams and external bodies to ensure frameworks align with evolving industry practices

· Analyze quality trends, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance quality governance

· Mentor and guide Quality professionals within the global organization

The Successful Applicant

· Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience also considered

· Between 12 to 17 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, including FPSO projects across both contractor and operator environments

· Previous experience as a Project Quality Manager required; experience as a Technical Authority or SME is desirable

· Strong knowledge of ISO, TQM, and risk-based quality frameworks

· Skilled in data analysis, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration

· Excellent leadership, communication, and conceptual thinking skills

· Fluent in English; experience in multicultural, multinational settings preferred
